The current version is 0.4.11 and is distributed in source code form
(with a binary for win32).
Compilation and instalation instruction are contained in the README file.
The pdf manual has an extended set of instructions.
The provided examples allow upon downloading to start optimizing in a couple of
minutes, circuits that despite being simple show most of the possibilities of
the tool.
Although featureless, older versions are also available:
